Tinatanaw ng Gabay na maging isang komunidad ng tao-para-sa-kapwa na nagtataya para sa pagkamit at pagtamasa ng bawat indibidwal ng de-kalidad na edukasyon at scholarship.
Our Mission
Itinataguyod ng Gabay ang pagkahubog at pagkakapatiran ng mga kasapi nito para maging daan sila sa kolektibong pagkilos ng samahan tungo sa pagpapatibay ng mga kakayahang magpapalawig sa oportunidad pang-edukasyon at pan-scholarship ng mga sektor nito—ang mga iskolar ng Ateneo at ang mga mag-aaral ng mga katuwang nitong pampublikong paaralan.

To ensure the stability of Gabay’s commitment to quality education by being systematic, intentional, and rational, yet true to the heart of the organization’s longstanding advocacy. Through empowering the community to become passionate advocates and sustaining meaningful engagement with Atenean scholars and Erya kids, Gabay promises to be radical and responsive with its initiatives, ensuring that its sectors are supported progressively.
ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS
Scholar Services
To cultivate a thriving and empowering scholar community through data-driven support systems that proactively address academic readiness, holistic wellbeing, and community integration at every milestone of the undergraduate scholar experience.
Holistic Education
To capacitate the public elementary school students with self-sustaining educational skills by delivering an assistive and responsive education through member-proactive tutoring methods, well-crafted resources, sustainable systems, and broadened opportunities for their long-term development.
Member Formation
To empower Gabayanos as committed and passionate member-advocates by integrating the organization’s advocacy into their personal growth, bridging their unique talents and skill sets to opportunities for critical social engagement.
Financial Stability
To establish a long-lasting, financially stable organization through grounded and integrated systems, more efficient usage and allocation of resources, and thorough implementation of financial protocols across both income-generating and non-income-generating initiatives.
Systems & Internal Communication
To consistently enrich responsive and systematic protocols that ensure clear and sustainable dissemination of information, provision of services, and cultivation of safe spaces that promote open communication and mutual respect rooted in members' circumstances.
Organizational Integrity and Project Management
To strengthen organizational credibility, safeguard resources, and uphold a positive representation through effective administrative systems; and to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and initiatives through efficient, values-driven systems that align advocacy goals and respond to the evolving needs of the sectors served.
Sustainable External Engagement
To expand the organization’s network through meaningful externalization efforts that convey Gabay’s advocacy while cultivating long-lasting relationships with alumni and external stakeholders.
